Busy lifestyles coupled with unhealthy habits can leave us feeling frustrated and with low energy. Stress and poor sleep can lead us to make poor food choices by messing with our hormones. Is it possible to change and create healthier habits? Yes! But how? What can WE do to change your feelings of overwhelm with your current lifestyle?
I’m here to help! I teach flexible nutrition approaches geared to your goals by creating a plan together based on your unique lifestyle. You will receive general nutrition guidance and adjustments will be made based upon progress, biofeedback, and adherence. We will focus on your strengths and what's currently working for you. I coach and guide you to develop simple daily actions to reach your goals! Come work with me!!

After more than a decade of struggling with food allergies and other dietary concerns, I found myself immersed in a constant state of frustration and confusion when it came to finding foods that worked best for my body. After watching Kristi’s journey as she became a 21 DSD coach and health coach, I decided to ask for help on my own health journey. I knew that to get the most out of my experience with a health coach I would need to be fully honest, not only with Kristi, but also with myself. What I got out of this experience was more than I ever could have asked for. She not only encouraged my involvement in the relationship, but insisted upon it-making me an active participant in my health journey. She willingly tackled any question I had through education and research, not quick-fix, sure-fail gimmicks. Kristi worked with me to identify achievable goals and create a plan for each week. By building on each week’s successes helped me to feel less frustrated and develop a healthier relationship with food. I never realized how many forms of sugar are hidden in foods! Through the changes that Kristi helped me to implement, I began to notice reduced GI distress, reduced fatigue, and a dramatic decrease in migraines (thanks to removing those artificial sweeteners from my life!). Ultimately, I noticed a marked increase in my energy levels, overall mood, and focus. I even lost a few pounds along the way and have increased my weekly exercise goals, all of which have been easily sustainable by continuing to implement the skills gained by working with Kristi. Her dedication to health and wellness is undeniable and infectious! You feel her ongoing support from the minute you start on your health journey with Kristi!
